When we first stepped onto this property, we fell in love with the light, the quiet, and the feeling of ease that seems to settle over you the moment you arrive.
As a family, we’ve always loved staying in luxury resorts—the ease, the amenities, the little details that make a stay feel special. But as our family grew, it became harder to find the right accommodations where everyone had space, comfort, and privacy. That’s why we loving renovated and designed 108 Goldeneye to feel like the best of both worlds: the amenities and polish of a luxury hotel, thoughtfully woven into the warmth and ease of a private vacation home.
Every bedroom has its own en-suite bath. The kitchen is built for big family meals with room for plenty of chefs in the kitchen. The outdoor spaces are meant for gathering, relaxing, and savoring Kiawah’s calm, coastal air. And with the oversized lot, we were able to create the kind of backyard we always wished hotels offered—spacious, private, and perfect for unwinding.
One of our family’s favorite traditions here is evening pool parties—that magical window when the sky softens, the lights come on, and everyone ends up laughing, splashing, and making memories that last far beyond the trip.
